TRAINING

If your out and about in Hartlepool and the surrounding area then your sure to see the club members training.  We have an excellent community and lots of adhoc training is usually organised via our members only Facebook page.  We do have a regular coached swim session as well as a weekly ride.

Below is the current training scheduled.

SWIM

 

Sunday evenings at Billingham Forum 7.15pm - 8.15pm

 

Coached club swim session for all abilities.  Lanes are split into ability levels.  First swim is free, then £4 per session or £10 per month via direct debit.

 

Thursday evenings: Club Open Water Swim at Hartlepool Marina 6pm meet, for 6.30pm start - 7.30pm

Aquaforce Swim, Wednesday & Friday mornings at Mill House 6.00am - 7.30am

 

Coached swim with Aquaforce swim academy.  £2.50 per session.

Members usual meet for a swim session within the public swim time.

 

 

BIKE

 

Saturday morning's

 

Usually a Saturday morning leaving Hartlepool around 8.30am.  An email will be sent out on a Friday evening to confirm meeting points and estimated distance.

 

Small print:

Usually between 30-60 miles, nobody will be left behind, all members welcome  regardless of ability, the group may split into different speed groups if safe to do so.

 

 

RUN

 

Yes you can Run Group is a beginners run group ran by Hartlepool Triathletes, its a great session for anyone with little experience or who want to improve their running.  Sunday mornings at various locations in Hartlepool.  9am start.

 

Sunday morning training runs usually organised via Facebook.

 

 

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

 

Tuesday evenings at Hartlepool College of FE, 7.30pm-8.30pm

 

Coached club session for all abilities. 
£3 per session.
